Dr Lakshmi Reddy Pagadala holds a doctorate in synthetic Organic Chemistry from the Indian Institute of Chemical Technology (CSIR-IICT) Hyderabad and carries rich experience of working in the pharma industry in various disciplines and capacities for 6 years. He is currently Managing Director of Lakshana Biotechnologies since 2018, prior to which for almost three year he had been associated with GVK- BIO as Research scientist. Having started his career in synthetic organic chemistry, he had developed several novel methods for APIs, API intermediates and Key starting materials for pharmaceuticals and agrochemicals. His main area of research is development of Bulk Drugs, Bulk Drug Intermediates and API impurities. He also developed cost and environment effective process for several bulk drugs and their intermediates and impurities.

Dr Lakshmi Devi Mukkara holds a doctorate in synthetic Medicinal Chemistry from the Indian Institute of Chemical Technology (CSIR-IICT) Hyderabad. Having started her career in synthetic medicinal chemistry, she had developed several novel methods for APIs, API intermediates and Key starting materials for pharmaceuticals and agrochemicals. Her experience in synthetic organic chemistry and excellent management skills are more added advantage to Lakshana Biotechnologies.
